Alisa Weilerstein plays the Seattle Symphony premiere of Lutosławski’s Cello Concerto, a transcendent work composed in 1970. The trailblazing Shiyeon Sung, who has made headlines as the first female conductor from South Korea to reach the international stage, leads the orchestra through the program, which also includes Dvořák’s luminous Sixth Symphony.
