Led by violinist Daniel Hope, the conductorless ensemble continues its distinguished legacy. In addition to performing classical pieces, the orchestra has a robust platform for commissioning new works from living composers. Their Bing Concert Hall appearance features works by Kurt Weill, George Gershwin, and a new commission from composer Tan Dun.
