In this 60-minute, meditative, interactive music-dance ritual, recorder virtuoso Genevieve Lacey weaves a profoundly moving sound-and-motion tapestry. Seven minutes into her performance of Telemann’s Twelve Fantasias for Solo, dancers will rise to join Lacey on stage. Individual voices—soliloquy—dissolve as the intermingled bodies and Lacey become a chorus celebrating sublime, illuminated community.
