Spanish poet Federico García Lorca described duende as the creative force behind flamenco music and dance brought on by the ecstasy of possibility in the presence of darkness. Experience the age-old music form of fire and mystery this summer in the Bing Studio as flamenco guitar virtuoso Grisha Goryachev joins world-renowned pianist Serouj Kradjian. Their concert features classically flavored reinventions of guitar and piano pieces by the old flamenco masters.
