Ludovic Morlot conducts the Seattle Symphony in the performance of music by Beethoven, Sergei Prokofiev and his grandson Gabriel Prokofiev, who created When the City Rules, a new orchestral piece he calls calls it “a symphonic fantasy/exploration of life in the 21st-century city.” especially for Seattle Symphony and Real Orquestra Sinfónica de Sevilla.
