Updated March 17, 2020: San Francisco Ballet has suspended all remaining performances of the 2020 Season.
This program includes three works—7 for Eight, a Cathy Marston World Premiere and Anima Animus.
7 for Eight—A poetic neoclassical work set for eight dancers, ranging from sensual adagio to exuberant allergro, and everything in between.
Cathy Marston World Premiere—Featured in SF Ballet’s 2018 Unbound festival, master storyteller Cathy Marston returns to create her second all-new work for SF Ballet.
Anima Animus—One of the most acclaimed works from 2018’s Unbound Festival, this ballet pulsates with physical, emotional virtuosity—stretching human movement to the extreme.
